Website purpose
This website provides property information, user accounts, property submission and enquiry functionality. It does not itself complete a property sale, rental agreement, registration, payment or legal transaction.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your email account and password secure. Do not share access to your account. Google sign-in is governed by the relevant Google and Firebase terms.
Property information
Prices, availability, measurements, images and descriptions are indicative and should be independently verified before making a decision.
Property submissions
Users must submit accurate and lawful property information. Uploaded images must belong to the submitter or be used with permission. Submission does not guarantee publication; new listings may remain pending or be rejected.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information.
- Do not upload malicious files or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass Firebase security rules or access another user’s data.
