Firebase services
This website uses Firebase Authentication for account access, Cloud Firestore for property records, enquiries, user profiles and saved-property references, and Firebase Storage for property and website images.
Account information
When you sign up with email and password or Google, Firebase Authentication processes your account details. A basic profile containing your name, email, provider information and timestamps is stored in Firestore.
Property submissions
Property details entered on the Post Property page are stored in Firestore. Selected property images are uploaded to Firebase Storage. New submissions are marked pending until reviewed.
Contact enquiries
Contact form submissions are stored in Firestore so the business team can review and respond. Do not submit sensitive financial documents, passwords or private identification numbers through the form.
Saved properties
When signed in, saved property references are stored under your Firebase user account.
